Tau Rho Omega Bylaws Forum (Day 1)

Tau Rho Omega will be holding a forum to review and discuss 2023 proposed bylaw amendment submissions. The forum aims to foster an open and inclusive discussion, allowing members to share their insights, and concerns regarding the proposed changes. The purpose of the event is to provide participating chapter members with an opportunity to gain the level of understanding required to make informed decisions when casting their votes.

Due to the significant number of proposed changes, the forum may span two weekday nights. There will be 2 sessions scheduled, if necessary. Each session will be scheduled for 1.5 hours. Day 2 will only serve as a continuation of Day 1.

Sorors will be provided at least 7 days before the forum to acquaint themselves with the proposed amendments. In addition to having an opportunity to review the proposed changes, members will also be provided access to a Google form to allow questions to be submitted in advance. This will also support our effort to facilitate a well-organized and efficiently run forum.
