Fit & Fabulous Health and Wellness Expo

The Fit and Fabulous Health and Wellness Expo is the premier women’s health initiative in Dallas – Fort Worth and the surrounding area. The Expo is held annually through a partnership between Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Tau Rho Omega Chapter and the Women of Pearls Community Action Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Tau Rho Omega Chapter was founded in January of 1993. Our service area includes the cities of Carrollton, Lewisville, Coppell, Flower Mound and Irving, Texas. Founded in 2017, the Women of Pearls Community Action Foundation’s mission is to support programs and initiatives that enhance economic and educational well-being, and address health disparities and social inequality.

The event is in its fourth year, and it will be held October 28, 2023, at the Hilton Garden Inn Lewisville Convention Center from 9 am until 3 pm. In addition to an exhibit hall showcasing vendors from the health, wellness, beauty, and fitness industries, the event features seminars on timely subjects affecting the health of our community led by local medical experts.
